ContractCoin
ContractCoin is a mobile application that empowers freelancers, contractors, and consultants to earn their true market rate by providing a double-blind negotiation system. In addition, the backend payment system is based on Bitcoin, so employers can hire from anywhere in the world without the hassle of expensive transaction and currency exchange fees, which can often be as high as 20%. I teamed up with Adam Terwilliger, a data scientist, engineer, and Bitcoin expert who wrote the amazing negotiation algorithm, as well as designed the backend system infrastructure. I was the product leader and designer on this project, responsible for everything from developing the concept from a business case, user research, user flows, wireframes, visual design, branding, prototyping, and a video demo.
